Brian Robbins is co-founder and managing partner of Robbins LLP and has dedicated his career to representing clients in shareholder rights, securities, consumer, antitrust, ERISA, and employment matters. He has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in monetary recoveries and comprehensive corporate governance enhancements for shareholders and public corporations. Mr. Robbins oversees his firm’s investment monitoring service, Stock Watch, which has grown exponentially in recent years. He was also recently named San Diego’s Best Overall Lawyer in a poll published by Fine Magazine this month.
Jenny Dixon has almost twenty years of experience representing clients in legal matters, including over fifteen years of litigation experience prosecuting and defending securities claims. She focuses her practice on representing investors big and small in shareholder rights litigation and securities class actions, and has managed regulatory investigations, class actions, derivative actions, and expedited merger cases, in all phases of litigation. In recent litigation involving Facebook, Ms. Dixon represented a shareholder client and helped secure improved transparency and corporate governance related to the social media giant’s director compensation. An active leader in the legal community, Ms. Dixon currently serves on the Leadership Development Committee for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and is a member of the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace American Inn of Court.
